Person In Charge (PIC) Training Our PIC Training program is designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills required to ensure food safety and compliance with regulatory standards. This training is mandatory for food establishments and focuses on key areas such as personal hygiene, food safety management, and compliance with local food safety regulations. Participants will learn to develop and implement effective policies, conduct internal inspections, and address food safety challenges proactively.In most cases, Duration For PIC ranges between 8 to 12 hours, which can be completed in one or two days. Some programs may also offer flexible scheduling options, including online modules or shorter sessions spread over a few days.
